Can I cash out my bonuses?
In order to cash out funds from your balance including a bonus you have received, you must meet the terms and conditions of the bonus you received. Once all the terms and conditions are met, you may cash out the funds in your balance including the bonus. You can place a cash out request at any time, but unless you have complied with the above rules, the bonus will be automatically deducted from your casino account at cash out.
Can I check the status of my cash out request?
Of course! Inside the Cashier, click on the "Account History" button on the menu to the left. Click on "Cash Out History" button on the menu to the right. Define the range of dates you would like to review and click "Submit".
What does each cash out status mean? Process (Pending Period): Your cash out request can still be cancelled and returned to your account. In Process: You may no longer reverse your cash out request on your own. To reverse your "In-Process" cash out request, please contact our service center. Processed: Your cash out request has been processed and is being credited to your account.

How can I cancel my cash out request?
Cash out requests will be deducted from your account balance and will be left pending for 5 banking days. Within this time you are able to reverse your cash out request and your funds will return to your account. In the Cashier, click the "Reverse Cashout" button on the menu to the left, you will be presented with a table of all your pending cash out requests. Click the "Reverse" button next to the cash out request you wish to reverse.
In case your cash out status is already "In process", you may send service@cscasinobar.com an email, and we will reverse your cash out request for you.
What is the maximum cash out amount?
Weekly cash outs total amount cannot exceed $2500.
To cash out an amount exceeding $2500, player must make separate cash out requests, each one on the amount of $2500 or under.
Since maximum weekly cash outs total amount is $2500, the remaining cash out funds will be paid in the week(s) to follow.
How will I receive my cash out funds?
Cash outs will be refunded to the source of the original deposit, unless you deposit by Credit Card or 900pay or NETeller. Due to Credit Cards companies' regulations, we are not permitted to process your cash out request to your Credit Card. You can receive your winnings using other convenient methods available. Players who deposit by 900Pay may cash out their winnings via Cheque or Wire Transfer.
